BROADHEATH Belters went two points clear at the top of Paperstation Malvern League Division One following victories over CSSC Ramblers and Manor Park Travellers.
Against Ramblers, Michael Siket and Sasha Grokhotov won their three singles in an 8-2 win.
Siket, Grokhotov and Brett Brining won three singles each in their 9-1 victory over Travellers.
Pterodactyl Old Boys are second in the table after beating Manor Park Pumas 8-2.
Wayne Chopping and Dave White both triumphed in their three singles and the doubles.
Pumas were on form in their next match as they beat Crackpots ‘E’ 9-1 as Dave Hallam and John Hunt took three singles each.
The Manor Park derby between Cavaliers and Express saw four sets go to five games as the match ended in a 5-5 draw.
Mike Keeley and Trevor Simmons both won twice for Cavaliers with Pete Griffiths bagging a double for Express and collecting the doubles with Dave Woodyatt.
Thanks to John Philips winning all his sets and the doubles, Dukes Way Dynamos took three points from a 6-4 win over X-Police to put them top of Division Two.
Poolbrook Rangers, now in second spot, cancelled their match because they could not raise a team. The Scuttling Gang beat Manor Park Devils 8-2 with Ray Davies in top form, taking three singles victories and the doubles with Don James.
All the singles sets were won in straight games when Crackpots ‘B’ defeated Malvern Tornados 7-3.
Stan Ginn had three wins with Ted Cates and Alan Forsdike taking two each for Crackpots.
Dave Hayes won all his singles and the doubles with Adrian Fray for CSSC Nomads as they shared the points in a 5-5 tie with Ripple.
Pete Nash and Roger Davies each won two for Ripple.
