EASTNOR Thirds entertained Builth Wells Seconds with the hosts asked to bat after losing the toss.
Batting was difficult against the swing bowling of Greenaway and the tight bowling of Claridge but Kenny Madders battled for 27 while wickets fell steadily.
Tom Locke played well and was joined by Steve Emery and they put on 54 before Locke was out for 26.
Emery then began to hit the ball to all parts and, when he was out for 121 (six sixes and 15 fours), Tom Powell carried on the hitting with a quickfire 21no leaving Eastnor 241 all out. Builth finished on 186-7, leaving Eastnor Thirds winners by 55 runs.
