MALVERN Town manager Joe Rawle is looking for his side to show some pride and bow out of the British Gas Business League victorious.
The Langland Stadium side entertain play-off chasing Bury Town tomorrow (3pm) with Town still reeling from their 8-0 drubbing at Division One Midlands champions Leamington last Saturday.
But, after taking a depleted squad to Warwickshire, Rawle will have the majority of his first XI back as well as keeper Craig Humphries.
The Malvern custodian had been unavailable for the team in recent weeks, but the Langland Stadium chief has managed to persuade the keeper to make one last hurrah for the club.
“It would be nice to put on a decent performance and finish with a win,” said Rawle, who has only seen his side win once at home this term.
“Bury will come going all out for the win — they need the points if they are to stand any chance of getting into the play-offs.”
Malvern will be without striker Shane Gill once again this weekend after the University of Worcester student returned home to Devon for the weekend.
Gill has missed the last couple of games and he made his England Futsal debut at the beginning of the month in Sheffield when the Three Lions took on Scotland.
Rawle will also be without veteran defender Nick Clayton after he played through the pain barrier at Leamington with a knee injury.
“Nick has had this problem before and perhaps we should have taken him off at Leamington,” Rawle added.
Malvern will look to extend their campaign on Thursday when they travel to Stourport Swifts in the Worcester Infirmary Senior Cup semi-final (7.45pm).
