Upton battled the weather and league leaders Old Yardleians as they rocketed up to second place in an impressive 34-10 victory.
Upton made a fiery start, running in two tries swiftly before having a third taken from under them as Yardleians picked up a missed pass and ran it the other way for a try of their own.
Rain threatened play in the second half, causing a brief fuss with umbrellas.

Despite the weather, Upton pushed on, leaving Yardleians with only a penalty to show for their second half efforts.
The rain appeared to have the opposite effect on Upton, who ran in several more tries to bring the score up to 34-10.
The result saw Yardleians suffer a tumble to fifth place, with Upton now only a bonus point away from the top spot.
Upton will now be looking ahead to their clash with Hereford II on Saturday, October 12, hoping to continue their nifty run of form.
