LOCAL rugby club Malvern RFC are offering free entry to any Worcester Warriors season ticket holders for the foreseeable future.
Starting from this weekend, any Worcester supporter with proof of season ticket will be granted free entry.
Warriors were suspended from all rugby on Monday by the RFU after failing to meet the 5PM deadline.
The club were asked to provide evidence they could find the remainder of the 2022/23 season but failed to do so.
Only 90 minutes after discovering their fate, the club were then placed into administration.
Club secretary Kevin Purcell said: “All the thoughts of everyone here at Malvern RFC are with all those involved at Worcester Warriors.
“Malvern and Warriors will always share a special connection, particularly as the captain Ted Hill is a product of our club.
“Any season ticket holder is welcome here free of charge until the Warriors are back playing again.”
The club ask that proof of evidence of a season ticket will be required on the gate.
Malvern play host to Wolverhampton at Spring Lane on Saturday.
