BUSINESS partners Jim O'Toole and James Sandford have insisted they have the cash in order to save Worcester Warriors from their financial crisis.
Former Warriors director O'Toole and Sandford, who head up Atlas Worcester Warriors Rugby Club Limited, say they have put together an offer that will ensure the club's financial security.

In a statement released on their website, the pair said: "We have the funds, a new executive team, an interim board of key local businesspeople ready to start, a long-term funding package and a commercial model that will work to support the rugby operation."
Warriors are due to play Exeter Chiefs at home this Sunday in round two of the Gallagher Premiership and there are fears over whether the club, currently, has the money to stage the contest.
O'Toole and Sandford insist they are ready to jump in and provide the funds for that match and going forward, but are adamant that administration is what needs to happen first.
"We and other key stakeholders remain resolute that the only viable solution to the current crisis is for the club is to enter administration," the statement continued.
"We are ready, willing, and able to fund the administration process and crucially, we are on standby to start transferring funds to make Sunday happen if so required.
"With the current owners not willing to go down that path, that decision now rests with the DCMS via their charge related to their significant loan.
"With this as our goal, it is pointless negotiating with the current owners as they remain focused on selling the club to address their pressing solvency issues.
"Our original motivation remains intact; we want to save this club. This game (vs Exeter) is more important than the last-minute Championship win and the Premiership Cup win, it is now a matter of survival.”
