WARRIORS’ Director of Rugby Alan Solomons admits his side are excited for a “tough” game on Sunday, as Worcester look to try and lift the gloom following Wednesday night’s heavy loss at Bath.
It was their 11th defeat in 12 Premiership games but Solomons insists his side are excited to go to the Twickenham Stoop and right some of their wrongs.
“I think it will be a tough game,” he said.
“All sides in the Prem are good but we look forward to the challenge. I think Irish played their second string side the other night and they will have their best side out on Sunday that’s for sure.
“None of the players who started on Wednesday night against Bath will start on Sunday and we will be going back to full-strength for this one.”
14 of those players who started against Bristol last Friday will begin the game on Sunday, with Ashley Beck coming in for Ollie Lawrence the only change.
