SUPERVET Mike Amery won Velo Club Sevale's 15-mile time trial in a time of 37min 20sec, just one second outside his own vet's record.
The senior competition continues to be close, with Brian Boswell taking second place, and Will Davies third. The full results were - M Amery 37.20, B Boswell 39.01, W Davies 39.30, D Preece 39.49, B Mellor 40.19, S O'Toole 40.49, S Price 42.32, M Elliott 42.42, D Green 43.08, K Weyman 44.43, T Knight 45.24, W Douglas 45.39, G O'Mahoney 45.58, D Burnage 47.00, D Morgan 48.10.
The next event is a 10 mile time trial on Thursday ( 17th May using the Chance Lane course, starting at the later time of 7-30 pm. Competitors must be a member of a cycling club affiliated to the CTT, but temporary membership of the Velo Club Sevale can be taken out on the night.
