STAFF at the council customer service centres in Malvern and Upton are celebrating after being awarded the Customer Service Excellence award for the second successive year.
To achieve the recognition, staff at the Worcestershire Hub centres had to demonstrate they provide service that is both efficient and effective.
Rachel Hill, head of customer services for Worcestershire Hub, said: “Achieving an award is always good news, but what’s great about this is that it also provides reassurance to staff and customers alike that the quality of services delivered here are of a good standard.
“We always keep the customer at the heart of everything we do and as we have achieved this award for the second year, it shows how we have improved since we were audited this time last year.”
