THE Malvern Hills group of Amnesty International is holding a Golden Jamboree to celebrate the organisation’s 50th anniversary.
The event will be taking place at the Coach House Theatre, in Grange Road, at 7.30pm on Friday, May 13. It promises a varied mixture of entertainment, with comedy and soul from Men in General, music from Sue Black, Bethan Gauci, Catherine Howe and Vo Fletcher, and Ray Mytton.
More acts are still due to be announced and tickets cost £8, including a free glass of wine or soft drink, from malvern-tickets.co.uk, 01684 892277 (booking fees apply) or the Books for Amnesty shop in Edith Walk (no fee).
