UPTON Rowing Club is holding a taster evening next week ahead of a Learn to Row course this summer.
The taster session is at Upton Marina at 6pm on Tuesday (May 10) and aims to give people the opportunity to find out what is involved in learning to row.
There will be a chance to look at the boats and facilities and have a go on an indoor rower, and it is hoped that some people may be able to get out for a short stint on the water.
The full Learn to Row course will run weekly from Tuesday, June 7 through until early August and will cost £100. There will be an opportunity to register interest in the course after the taster evening.
