A PLAN to add a two-storey extension to a bungalow in Malvern Wells was rejected by Malvern Hills district councillors this week.
Mr J Padmore put in an application for the extension at 28 Jasmine Road, to convert the two-bedroom bungalow into a three-bedroom dwelling.
The plan aroused opposition from neighbours in Jasmine Road and Fruitlands, who raised issues about blocking of loght and loss of privacy.
At Wednesday night's meeting of MHDC's southern area development control committee, members rejected the plan nine votes to seven, against the advice of planning officers.
