THOUSANDS of visitors of all ages enjoyed a fun day out in the Spring sunshine as Malvern’s Three Counties Showground held its annual CountryTastic event on Thursday.
The event, now in its fourth year, offers a snapshot of country life with plenty of animals, hands on activities and entertainment.
Brand new animal zones including Wildlife Way and Cow Corner were introduced this year, and the show was again attended by BBC Countryfile presenter Adam Henson, who has supported the show since its launch.
Shows team coordinator Jenna Gove said: “Not all children get to be up close and personal with a prize winning bull, try their hand at butter making or cheer on the ferret racing.
“That is what’s so great about CountryTastic, its simplicity. It’s a good value event with plenty of fun, free, and educational activities. CountryTastic is the perfect place for children to explore the wide and colourful variety of country and farming life.”
