IT should be a cracking day in Priory Park in Malvern next Tuesday as children take part in an Easter Egg hunt. They will be asked to collect tokens hidden around the park and exchange them for an ‘egg’citing prize!

The egg hunt has been organised by Festival Gets2gether, which is a scheme run by Festival Housing. It aims to keep children entertained over the holidays and promote good behaviour and reduce reports of antisocial behaviour. The Easter Egg hunt has been organised in partnership with local police in Malvern.

Festival’s Community Officer for Malvern, Georgina Bailey commented, “Festival Gets2gether has been going for a couple of years and it has been really popular. It brings the local community together and the children really enjoy it. There are lots more activities planned for the summer holidays too.”

Any Festival residents interested in joining Gets2gether should contact Georgina Bailey on 01684 579411.
