TWO planning applications that were approved by a Malvern Hills District Council committee last month are being considered again.
At its meeting on March 16, the southern area development control committee approved an application by Roger Onions for a mobile home at Birtsmorton.
It also approved one from Mr and Mrs Taylor-Hall to knock down a redundant building in Longdon and build a home for a disabled person and carer.
Both applications had been recommended for refusal by planning officers.
Following the decisions, planning officers have exercised their right to have the applications reconsidered by the planning committee.
It meets on Monday, April 11 at 7pm and it is being recommended to refuse both plans.
