MALVERN Quilters will be holding their spring show at Colwall Village Hall on Saturday and Sunday (April 16 and 17).
Members have made a beautiful quilt which is the first prize in the charity raffle they are running. Pam Stanier, the previous president, chose Canine Partners as the charity to benefit after seeing the huge difference Jenson, a canine partner dog, has made to the life of Stella Hewett, a member of the group.
The exhibits at the show are all the work of members and range from small boxes to king size quilts. There will also be three local traders in attendance offering a range of quilting and sewing supplies.
Stella will be there with her dog Jenson with lots of information about Canine Partners. Refreshments including light lunches will be available too.
The spring show is open from 10am to 5pm on Saturday and from 10am to 4pm on Sunday. Admission is £2.
