CROOME Court, near Upton, was a popular venue for Easter fun last weekend.
Crowds flocked to the 18th-century mansion set in parkland created by Capability Brown, to take part in an egg hunt.
Families searched across the estate for brightly-coloured Easter eggs, and to finish the trail, had to locate Trusty the Hedgehog, the National Trust's mascot.
Amy Forster, the estate's house and services manager, said: "There was a great atmosphere, everyone was really enjoying themselves."
She said about 1,500 people visited the estate on Friday and Saturday, 2,000 on Easter Sunday and a further 1,500 on Monday.
