THE Conservative Party and the Liberal Democrats retained their seats in Croome, Powick, Malvern Link, Trinity, Langland, and Chase divisions.
Lib Dem candidate for Powick Tom Wells stormed to victory with 2,430 votes against his closest rival, Conservative cnadidate, David Watkins, who achieved 1,080.
The election was more closely fought in Malvern Chase where Lib Dem Steve Brown beat Conservative Joe Smith by 1,443 to 1,353 votes.
In Malvern Link Clive Smith received 1,376 votes for the Lib Dems against 1,207 for Nancy Doyle, standing for the Conservative Party.
