ANYONE who is interested in getting involved in volunteering should call in at Malvern Hills College as it celebrates Volunteers Week from Monday to Friday, June 1-5.
Representatives from local organisations will be stationed in the college refectory all week to discuss the opportunities available for volunteering in the area and how people can get involved.
Groups represented will include Malvern Special Families, Malvern Access Group, Community Action, Homestart, Age Concern and Elizabeth Fitzroy Support.
Citizen’s Advice, Onside Independent Advocacy, Borrowers Toy Library, E.I.L, Youth Support Services and Malvern Chernobyl Children’s Life Line will also be involved.
Anyone who would like to know when specific groups will be attending should contact Kay Bromley at Volunteer Centre Malvern by calling 01684 892381 or emailing kayb@communityaction.org.uk
