MORE than 200 people enjoyed a wide variety of activities at the second annual Funday hosted by Festival Housing Group on Dukes Meadow.
Visitors enjoyed demonstrations from Malvern Hills Gymnastics Club, falconry displays, a mobile museum, face painting, a bouncy castle and a host of other attractions during the event, which ran from 11am-2pm on Wednesday (May 27).
The event held to mark European Neighbours Day, which is celebrated in 29 countries across the continent.
Festival’s head of housing Sue Heelas said the event had fulfilled its objectives in getting people out and about together and fostering good feeling between neighbours.
“We had a fantastic turnout and despite the threat of bad weather it actually stayed dry for the event,” she said. “It was a really good event and I think we succeeded in trying to get people out there together and promoting European Neighbours Day.
“Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it.”
A similar event is taking place at Bishops Frome Village Hall from 2-4pm today (Friday, May 29).
