THE Bishop of Worcester will crawl to the top of the Malvern Hills to raise money for local good causes later this year.
On September 6 the Rt Rev John Inge will help lead the fund-raising crawl up the Worcestershire Beacon to raise money for the Noah’s Ark Trust and St James CE Primary School, in West Malvern, which is raising money for extensive and much-needed building work.
The event follows a local legend where a monk crawled up the hill every day for 10 years as a penance.
