SUNDAY'S Doggy Fun day on Malvern Link Common was a great success, say organisers.
The event raised about £1,200 for the Dogs Trust, said vet Richard Chamings of White House Vets, which staged the event.
There were 118 entries of all shapes and sizes and ages - from small terriers to greyhounds, from three months of age to 17 years.
They competed in a variety of fun events and classes, with former Colwall rector Carl Attwood as the judge, while Malvern Dog Handling Club put on its impressive obedience demonstration.
"It was a great success, and the general feeling is that we should make it an annual event," said Mr Chamings.
