Sam Clark sent the HDAnywhere Community Stadium into pandemonium with his late winner as Malvern Town were victorious 5-4 over Bristol Manor Farm.

The nine-goal thriller saw the Hillsiders secure the victory thanks to goals from Ibrahim Olateju and Clark, who both netted twice as well as a strike from Charlie Johnson.

Louis Britton was the star of the show for the visitors, netting four times in a riotous performance.

Manor Farm were faster out the blocks, taking the lead after a corner routine allowed Britton to fire past Alex Kovacevic in the Town goal.

Olateju soon equalised for Malvern, being played in on the left side of the box after some fluid passing from the hosts, before cutting inside and squeezing his shot between the legs of Seth Locke in goal.

But Britton quickly restored Manor Farm's lead with his second goal, tapping the ball in after an unselfish ball from Daniel Dodimead.

Centre back Johnson then levelled the score for Malvern just before half-time, showing the composure of a centre forward as he rifled the ball in at the near post from 12 yards out to ensure both sides went into the break at 2-2.

The second half continued with the same attacking intensity, with Kovacevic producing a wonder save to deny Jacob Spence's goal-bound header for Manor Farm.

Malvern then took the lead, with Lewis Rose's blocked strike falling to Clark, who slotted home from the edge of the box.

A crazy 30-second spell saw Britton brought down in the box by Kovacevic, which he duly converted from 12 yards to complete his hat-trick and level the game again.

Malvern's lead was restored by Olateju after a through-ball from Jack Watts, but Britton was not finished yet.

The forward spotted Kovacevic off his line and half-volleyed the ball into the top corner from 25 yards out to claim his fourth and equalise once more.

As the match neared its end, both sides had chances to grab the win, but it was Malvern who eventually prevailed.

After a goalmouth scramble, the ball was worked to Clark, who saw his effort loop into the top corner via a deflection.

This late winner sent the stadium into raptures, securing a thrilling victory for Malvern Town.

The Hillsiders will be hoping to continue their momentum as they host Shaftesbury on Saturday (October 19) at 3pm.
