MALVERN Town Women are doing incredible things on the pitch, but are also doing their bit off it to insprire the next generation of footballers.
The team recently learned of a young local player called Esther who had decided to give up playing due to being bullied.
But the players in the Women's team produced a video insisting she doesn't let it her get her down and put her off playing football.
"When we heard this news, we had to do something to try to encourage Esther not to give up but to keep playing," said team captain Emma Cropper.
"We’ve put together a short video to say;‘never give up, go be yourself and be amazing, we’re all behind you!
"Esther, along with many other girls are the future of Women’s football and we’ve got to ensure that the support is there now and throughout their journey so that Women’s football can continue to thrive."
Esther's family have been in discussions with the football club and Malvern are hoping Esther will join the team as a mascot ahead of one of their games in the next few weeks.

The Women's team are back in action this weekend when they welcome Kidderminster United Women, looking to keep their spot on top of the Midwest Counties Female Football League.
They are three points clear at the top but face fierce competition from the likes of Redditch Borough and Hereford Pegasus.
