PLANS to knock down a building in Malvern Link and replace it with four cottages have been approved by Malvern Hills District Council.
Richmond and Virgo applied for permission to develop a site behind shops and offices in Worcester Road, and reached via a small lane off Pickersleigh Avenue. The existing building used to be a printers' workshop.
The plan, approved on Wednesday by Malvern Hills District Council's southern area development control committee, is for a terrace of four two-bedroom houses.
It was approved on condition that the access track to the site, which is unpaved for part of its length, is improved to a reasonable standard.
