THE manager of Malvern Town Football Club has been committed to crown court for sentencing for racially aggravated common assault on a taxi driver. Paul Molloy, aged 39, of The Derries, off Post Office Lane, Fernhill Heath, near Worcester, has also pleaded guilty to making off without payment and causing criminal damage. The charges relate to an incident in Droitwich on Thursday, February 8. At Worcester Magistrates on Tuesday, it was decided his case will be heard at Worcester Crown Court on Monday, July 9.
