A CHARITY golf day in aid of the Acorns Children's Hospice raised £3,733.
The event, organised by Malvern Rotary Club, attracted 100 golfers to the Worcestershire golf club in Malvern Wells.
The scores were very high, considering the weather conditions, with the Happy Hookers, led by the club's lady vice-captain Corinne Mills, winning the ladies' team prize with 82 points.
Her husband, Nigel Mills, helped his team PRT win the men's prize with 83 points.
Malvern technology firm QinetiQ was the main sponsor.
