THE mystery of a car left in a West Malvern car park for six weeks, has been solved.
Police and council officers were worried that the vehicle, left in The Dingle car park, belonged to a walker who had fallen on the Hills.
After an article in last week's Malvern Gazette, Gordon Morris, of the district council's street scene team, said he had received a flurry of calls.
He said the car belonged to a resident who had imported it and left it there until it could be taxed.
"I'm glad to say, the car did not belong to a lost walker, and it has since been removed, so I'm happy with that," he said.
