WORK is now complete on a housing scheme in Alfrick, providing low cost homes for local families.
The development at Chapel Meadow, Leigh Road, comprises four rented homes and four homes for shared ownership with prices starting at £60,000 for a 50 per cent share.
It is the work of Malvern-based Elgar Housing Association, with funding from the Government's Housing Corporation.
"These good quality, high specification properties have gone towards meeting the need for affordable homes in the village," said Gwenda Cope, of Elgar, which manages around 5,000 homes.
All properties were allocated to households with a local connection to Alfrick.
