A DOG that has been waiting for a new home for nearly a year could finally have new owners after the Worcestershire Animal Rescue Centre received a flood of responses to an article in the Malvern Gazette.
Site manager Ben Smallman said at least 10 people had enquired about three-year-old Jack Russell-cross, named Bandit, with some coming to meet him and two placing a reserve. He is now hopeful that Bandit will find a happy and stable home. "Bandit has been meeting people, going for walks and getting plenty of attention, which is great news for him," said Ben.
