SIX new members have been appointed to the board of Malvern-based Festival Housing Group.
The six are: Helen Astill, of Upton, a human resources consultant; Peter Clarke, of Malvern, a business partner and company director; Catherine Jackson, of Birmingham, a management consultant; James Kelly, of Malvern, board member of two national charities; Andrew Strong, of Here-ford, chief executive of Herefordshire mental health charity Mind; Horace Coward, of Droitwich, experienced in voluntary and educational activities.
Chief executive Guy Weston said: "We operate in an ever-changing environment and this move is all part of our modernising governance arrangements to make Festival fit for the future."
