WiRE (Women in Rural Enterprise) continues its Opening Doors project in Malvern with a workshop on how to develop a website and trade online.
Completely free, Opening Doors is a unique programme of workshops, training, support and information to help local women, of any age and background, launch their own business.
The workshop will cover all aspects of developing a website, from choosing a domain name to deciding on content and design and devising interactive options.
Christine Rutherford, WiRE project officer for Hereford and Worcester, co-ordinates all Opening Doors events.
She works one-on-one with each participant, from the planning and research stage of setting up their business right through to launch and the first twelve months of trading.
She said: "Having a website for your business can seem a daunting prospect to many women who are just starting out.
"The session will be relaxed but informative and everything will be explained simply and clearly, so people with a fear of technology have no need to worry."
The workshop is at the Enigma Business Centre in Malvern this Sunday, May 13, from 10am - 2.30pm.
To reserve a place, call Christine Rutherford on 01952 815319 or email christine@ wireuk.org.
