A GARDENING entrepreneur from Bransford, near Malvern, and his business partner from Hereford scooped a bronze medal at their first Malvern Autumn Show – three weeks after first meeting.
Landscape gardener Dale Bradley and grower Vince Wheller teamed up for last weekend’s show and created a stand which wowed judges.
Dale, aged 23, who runs Manor Estates in Bransford, built a 3m by 3m oak gazebo and Vince, 44, who runs Hereford’s Different Aspects, covered the roof in sedum The woodland-themed stand also included Dale’s handbuilt log stores, with vintage terracotta and Welsh slate roofs. It took three days to build the show-stopping area.
Dale said: “To win bronze at our first major RHS show is incredible. It’s testament to the quality of our products, the talents of our staff and Vince’s incredible sedum.
We’re absolutely delighted.”
