PATIENTS past and present raised £2,500 to help fight head and neck cancer at a fund-raising garden fun day.
The event at Summerfield Cottage in Malvern was in aid of the Hereford and Worcester Head and Neck Cancer Support Group.
The cash will go towards vital equipment to help patients fight the disease and with early diagnosis and treatment.
The event was organised by Rose Browse with help from patients and friends who manned the 14 stalls.
Throat cancer survivor Robert Dalton and wife Maggie donated a prize of two weeks in a Turkish holiday villa.
The support group is open to anyone who has undergone or is undergoing treatment for head or neck cancer.
The group aims to improve lives through friendship and support, with open, honest and confidential discussion between members.
