PEOPLE in Malvern are being asked to have their say on the provision of services for children with disabilities.
Worcestershire County Council has launched a consultation to seek the views of parents or carers on their experiences with the current services.
These include short break activities, a wide range of support services from physiotherapy and social workers to portage and community paediatricians, and information, advice and guidance for families with disabled children.
Richard Keble, head of the county council’s joint commissioning unit said: “We want Worcestershire to ensure high quality, effective and sustainable services.
“This consultation is about starting a conversation with parents and carers to see what they think of the ideas we have, so that we can draw up firm proposals that will make genuine improvements to people's lives.”
The consultation runs until Friday, September 28. For more information go to worcestershire.gov.uk/haveyo ursay.
