A MOTORCYCLIST who was seriously injured in a collision near Worcester is in a critical but stable condition.
The man, in his 30s, was airlifted to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham with a serious head injury on Sunday after his Kawasaki motorbike and a Nissan Micra collided head-on near some temporary road works on the A4103 in Bransford. The driver of the car, a woman aged 19, was taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital with minor injuries.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the crash, which happened at about 10.20am. Anyone with information should contact the police non-emergency number 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
