ANIMAL welfare charity The Badger Trust has lost a legal bid challenging government plans to cull badgers during a pilot scheme in parts of Worcestershire.
The Court of Appeal ruling was announced on Tuesday.
It is understood a small part of the Government’s previously announced cull area falls within the Malvern Hills.The government says the cull is needed, to help stop the rise of tuberculosis in cattle.
