A 40-YEAR reunion for pupils of the former Hillside School, in Worcester Road, Malvern Link, takes place tomorrow (Saturday) and not last Saturday as previously published.
The event, for pupils who attended the primary school between the early 1960s and early 1970s, is taking place at the Nags Head pub in Bank Street, Malvern, from 11am.
One of those who will be attending, Alison May, believes it is the first time there has been such an event for pupils of her era. “One of my friends thought that it would be a lovely idea to try and get people together,” she said.
“She has put in a lot of hard work scouring the phone book and the internet trying to track people down.
“It should just be a nice chance to meet up, share memories and catch up on the last 40 years.
We’ve got at least 20 people coming already but we are still hoping that we can find a few more.”
