AS one bank holiday draws to a close another sees plans well under way for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.
On Saturday, June 2, the community choir will perform for your enjoyment and to celebrate the jubilee.
The choir will create a jubilant party atmosphere with lots of audience participation. Start at 7.30pm, tickets £10 each to include a twocourse supper available from 01886 833903 Monday, June 4, is Aspects Of Alfrick, your chance to view a selection of gardens in Alfrick, Alfrick Pound and Lulsley.
Combined ticket admission to all gardens is £5 from 11am-5pm.
Ploughman’s lunches and afternoon teas will be served in the village hall.

Doors open 7pm, tickets £8.50 children £6 from 01886 832229 Tickets are still available for The Joy Ride performed by the Alfrick Players on Thursday, May 24, Friday, May 25, and Saturday, May 26, starting at 7.30pm.
