THE British Element Trieste Force Association is an association for those ex-servicemen who served in the Free Territory of Trieste between the years of 1945 and 1954 and was formed eight years ago.
Members have been given the opportunity to contact old colleagues through the quarterly journal and the association website.
Trips to Trieste have been organised annually and many of our members from the various regiments who served there have been able to visit their old barracks.
The annual reunion and general meeting will be held in Bury St Edmunds in March 2012.
