A TREE blocking a road in a county village has now been cleared.
High winds caused the lime tree on Colwall Green, opposite Colwall CE Primary School, to fall across the B4218 earlier today but the road is now open in both directions.
Staff from Malvern Hills Conservators attended the scene at about 8am and the work to remove the tree was completed at about 10am.
They have also cleared fallen trees on Alice Betteridge Walk, on North Hill, and Brockhill Road, off West Malvern Road.
