THE May Fair on Saturday seemed to be a complete success. Thank you to all those who worked hard to make this work by making tea, baking, putting up tables, serving at stalls and clearing away amongst many other things. I will let you know next week how much we made.
Games night for the 8–15 year olds is on Friday, May 8 at 7.30 p.m.
On Wednesday, May 13 the Garden Club is going on a Garden visit to David and Diana Hodgson at Phelps Cottage, Coddington from 7pm onwards. Fee is £4 towards the Macmillan Nurses. This will include fine wine and nibbles.
The Mobile Library will be calling at the Memorial Hall Car Park on Wednesday, May 13 at 11.35 to 11.55 a.m. This service calls every three weeks on a Wednesday.
Memorial Hall Activities from Friday, May 8:- Monday, May 11 Pilates 1.30pm, Painting and Drawing 7pm. Tuesday, May 12 Parents and Toddlers 9.45am, Bridge 2pm, Brownies 5.30pm. Wednesday, May 13 Pilates 1– 3pm and 6.45pm. Thursday, May 14 Art 10am, CAP 6.30pm, Circuit Training 7.45pm.
Christ Church Services from Sunday, May 10:- Sunday, May 10 at 9.30am Family Communion (All children Welcome) fifth Easter – Celebrant, The Reverend Howard Mayell and on Wednesday, May 13 at 9.30am Morning Prayers.
