A FINE strike from Jordan Roan gave Wanderers their second win of the season, lifting them off the bottom of the table.
In the first-half the game was evenly balanced and Malvern keeper Scott Jones made a couple of good saves whilst at the other end Jordan Roan hit a shot just past the post.
In the second-half Malvern applied considerable pressure on the Westbury goal and Roan took a pass from Megan Jones to volley his second goal of the season.
The limited pressure from Westbury Celtic was handled well by the Malvern back-line and once again Luke and Jake Norris were outstanding.
Following the goal, Malvern continued to press forward and had only one scare when they conceded a free-kick on the edge of their area but once again, the admirable defence cleared.
Malvern continued to press for the elusive second goal and then James McDermott combined well with Jake Norris on the left to pen Westbury back in their own half.
Once again this was a solid display from Wanderers who continue to play an excellent passing game, working hard for one another and showing excellent team spirit.
