NEWTOWN SPORTS JUNIORS U12 4, M.T.W.SWIFTS U12 0.
Newtown entertained Malvern Wanderers Swifts at Dukes Meadow. Newtown started this game well and put the swifts defence on the back foot from the first whistle.
In the 10Th Ben Kite scored direct from a corner. As last week Newtown had a lot of procession with out troubling the Swifts Keeper. In deed Swifts could have come off at half time all square but for a good save by keeper Joe Crews.
Newtown came out of the blocks for the second half and played some delightful football with Swifts chasing shadows with Newtowns quick passing.
The second goal came courtesy of Alex Doyle who scored from 10 yards after good work by Luke Simpson.
Kyle Stimpson capped a fine game with a good finish when beating two defenders and slotting home from six yards. Ashley Hill scored the fourth with a shot which came off the post and rolled into the net..
This was another good performance from Newtown who kept a clean sheet for the second game running.
