Harriett Baldwin managed to send this picture from an Internet cafe in Rwanda.
"Here's a photo of the whole group at the British Embassy, Kigali," she writes.
"Andrew Mitchell is front row centre left, I am front row right about four people in, wearing a white jacket. Cllr Dr David Tibbutt is rear left by the plants."
