A new free breakfast event for the farming community is set to kick off in Upton.
The first-ever Farming Community Breakfast will take place at Clive’s Fruit Farm on Wednesday, January 8, between 9.30am and 12.30pm.
This marks the start of a series of events planned across the district.

Alongside the free breakfast, attendees will be treated to a farm walk and can listen to the farm's diversification story.
There will also be an opportunity to discuss future social activities within the farming community and how the council might support them.
The event is the brainchild of Linda Price, the rural/farming community builder at Malvern Hills District Council, and Emma Hamer, the county advisor at the National Farmers Union.
Ms Price said: "Coming from a family farm myself and having worked with the farming community for many years, I know that family farming can be a joy and sometimes a challenge.
"This is an opportunity to come together to enjoy a free breakfast, a farm walk, and hear the diversification story of the Clive farming family in the Upton upon Severn area of our beautiful, rural district.
"It will also be an opportunity to hear about ideas for how we might support the farming community to come together in the future."
She added: "I am very excited to be working with Malvern Hills District Council to organise these farming community breakfasts.
"Farming can be a lonely life for some, so anything we can do to bring farmers together, enjoy some social time with like-minded people and learn a bit about another farm business is hugely worthwhile.
"I am very pleased to be working with Linda and we are very grateful to the Clive family for opening their café for this breakfast and giving us an insight into their diversified business.
"I look forward to seeing many NFU members there."
The organisers have warned that spaces are limited and booking is essential.
