Malvern Rotary Club is again aiming to support families in need in the community this Christmas.
Now in its fifth year, the initiative started during the pandemic and aims to support at least 100 families.
Collections have already taken place at Waitrose, and the club has received individual donations to help support the cause.
With the backing of its three main sponsors—Waitrose, Schmersal, and Audley Ellerslie Malvern—the club has said it is well on its way to meeting its target.
The club is working closely with The Octagon Centre to distribute treat packages to the families most in need this festive season.
Also, the Christmas Angel Knitting Group has been busy knitting 100 angels.
Club president Andrew Bartlett recently attended the group’s regular meeting to collect the angels for the treat packages.
