ONE of the main routes around the city has been flooded, with drivers expected to face sever
Powick Island, a roundabout between the A449 and A4440 has been flooded, with traffic finding it difficult to pass.
The A449 links the city of Worcester with the Malvern Hills, while the A4440 acts as a ring road around south Worcester.
A spokesperson for Worcestershire County Council said: "A449 at Powick Island is down to one lane in Worcester due to flooding.
"A contraflow is being set up and delays are expected."
The flooding comes after a weekend of heavy rainfall due to Storm Bert, which has left over a dozens locations in Worcestershire with flood warnings.
