An open morning is set to take place for the final apartments at a luxury development in the Malvern Hills.
The event, organised by estate agents Nicol & Co, will allow prospective buyers to view the remaining properties at Adelaide House in West Malvern on Saturday (November 16).
The estate agency has already sold 50 per cent of the eight luxury apartments off-plan, before building work was completed.

Heather Turner, senior new homes sales specialist at the estate agents, said: "The fantastic new development at Adelaide House quickly excited the market and saw half the properties sold before the apartments were complete.
"Now we have full details available of the final four apartments for sale, which prospective buyers can also view for themselves on Saturday, November 16."
Adelaide House, a former care home, has been redeveloped by Court Property Developers Ltd.
The building features electrified entrance gates, a private parking area, and a communal garden.
Each apartment is fitted with a video door intercom and entry system, high-end integrated kitchen appliances, and fibre optic cabling for ultra-fast broadband.
The remaining properties include Number Six, a first-floor apartment priced at £295,000, which has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a reception room.
Number Four is a ground-floor apartment priced at £285,000 with two double bedrooms, a bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area.
Number Eight, a second-floor apartment priced at £280,000, offers views of the surrounding hills and countryside, and has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and an open-plan living area.
Number Three, a one-bedroom studio apartment, is priced at £185,000.
Ms Turner added: "All of the apartments have been thoughtfully designed to make the most of the space available and are finished to an impressive standard.
"The apartments have an impressive energy rating of C, which is exceptional for a building approaching 200 years old.
"All apartments also benefit from a 10-year building warranty and a management company owned by the eight residents to look after all communal areas."
