MALVERN Splash has confirmed its popular swimming pool will re-open next week after delays.
The pool on Priory Road has been shut for more than a month longer than expected due to 'unexpected structural issues' and poor weather conditions.
But the splash has now begun taking bookings for the pool, which will re-open on Tuesday, November 12.
A Malvern Splash spokesperson said: "Malvern Splash will officially reopen its swimming pool, and we can’t wait to welcome you back.

"Stay tuned for more updates as we approach the big day. We’re looking forward to making a splash with you soon- mark your calendar and see you next week."
The swimming pool was originally set to be closed for three weeks from Monday, September 23 for essential roof repairs as well as to allow the splash to have solar panels installed.
However, it was later revealed there were issues with the internal roof structure, meaning additional work was needed before contractors could safely proceed with the rest of the project.
The issues were first discovered after scaffolding was erected around the roof to allow a full structural investigation to be completed.
A spokesperson for the splash said at the time the issues could not have been foreseen until contractors began dismantling the existing external roof structure.
The spokesperson added after the structure issue was uncovered, the contractors’ health and safety advisor requested the pool hall be empty during this time to ensure there would be no risk of injury to swimmers, spectators or staff.
The re-opening was later delayed again after adverse weather conditions impacted progress on the original timeline for the work above the pool hall.
It was also announced a section of Priory Road will be closed on Thursday, November 7 as part of the ongoing works.
The spokesperson added: "We appreciate this has been disappointing but we wish to take this opportunity to thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
"The roof works will extend the life span of the Malvern Splash facility by a guaranteed 25 years.
"We appreciate people's patience and understanding during this time.
"The safety of our customers and colleagues remains our top priority."
